Terms of Use (Free Measurement Service by June 30, 2014)

The applicant agrees to the following.
* KEYCOM Corporation is not responsible for any loss or damages arising from use of this free measurement service.
* KEYCOM Corporation has not entered and will not enter into a nondisclosure agreement in conjunction with this service.
KEYCOM Corporation has no associated duty of confidentiality.
* KEYCOM Corporation has the right to destroy or discard, without advance notice, the samples sent to it by the applicants.
Samples will not be returned to the applicants or any other party.
* KEYCOM Corporation may use any personal information acquired through this service for execution of this service and for sales and marketing activities by KEYCOM Corporation, but may not use this information for any other purpose.
