Measurement Condition

  • A Terminator is installed on Port 3, and BiasTee is placed in a 77K environment, and S-parameter data is extracted when the data is stable.
  • There is a slight difference in the data around 20 GHz depending on the measurement date, due to the state of Calibration, and the accuracy of the measurement data around 20 GHz varies.
