This system is designed for measurement of dielectric constant and dielectric loss tangent of liquid samples whose εr’ is approximately from 1.05 to 500 in the measurement frequency range of 45MHz - 40GHz.
It is also capable of evaluating voltage dependency of such object as liquid crystals by impressing bias.
A paper based on this method was published in the journal of The Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers, C Vol.J85-C No.12 PP.1149-1158 December 2002.
