Superconduction coxial cable for cryogenic and strong electromagnetic field, recognized by research institutions all over the world. Highly effective at thermal gradient below 4K.

Original, High-Performance, Practical Measurement System

TE-mode Open Resonator Relative permittivity/dielectric loss tangent measurement system [DPS19]

Also called a Split Cylinder Resonator, the system performs measurement by inserting a sheet sample between the resonators.

The problem with conventional, so-called "Split Cylinder Resonator with slit structure" is that it does not give accurate measurement values.

To solve this problem, KEYCOM has prepared a Cavity vertical movement device (patent pending) that freely controls the resonator gap to facilitate sample insertion and measurement of AIR resonance Q-value.

Synthetic Aperture Imaging Radar [RCS20]

The synthetic aperture method enables the acquisition of ultra-high definition images compared to conventional imaging radar.

The sensitivity also is excellent, since it is FMCW type.
With its built-in camera, image acquired by radar can be superimposed on camera image.

  • Permittivity measurement
  • Electromagnetic absorption ratio measurement
  • The measurement method of the reflection ratio of electromagnetic absorbers, which KEYCOM developed, was accepted as a standard in The Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers. The detail was reported at the session of IEEE IMS2005. (Orlando, FL, USA March 29-30, KEYCOM; 30 march in 2005).

KEYCOM has been selected as a standardization committee member of the IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) / JIS for permittivity measuring devices, etc.

KEYCOM's unique technology becoming Global/Japan's Standard

  1. KEYCOM's method for measuring the dielectric characteristics in the millimeter wave band has become JIS standard (JIS R 1660-2).
  2. KEYCOM's method for measuring the amount of reflection attenuation of the radio wave absorber has become IEC standard (IEC62431) and JIS standard (JIS R 1679).
