Ultra-low,Superconductivity products

KEYCOM has more than 20 years of experience in the field of ultra-low temperature and superconductivity, providing tools and systems such as cables and fixtures to more than 200 research institutes worldwide.

NbTi-NbTi Superconducting Coaxial Cables [UPJ07]

Superconduction coxial cable for cryogenic and strong electromagnetic field, recognized by research institutions all over the world. Highly effective at thermal gradient below 4K.

Semi-Rigid Cables for Cryogenic Applications [UPJ02]

KEYCOM offers wide variety of semi-rigid coaxial cables for cryogenic applications, you can choose based on features such as heat conductivity, flexibility, insertion loss etc.,. They are low in heat conductivity, minimizing inflow of the heat from the high-temperature end. Operating frequency is DC-40GHz by default, but available up to 65GHz upon request.

Imaging Radar(High-sensitivity type) [RCS11]

The radar irradiate millimeter wave finely onto the target, and visualize its RCS in real time.
In addition to higher resolution imaging, camera image and visualized image by the radar can be superimposed for analysis.

Emblem/Radar cover Evaluation System [EES12-02]

The system is a simplified version of EES12-01, fit for mass production line. By moving the central point of an emblem horizontally, it can measure transmission attenuation and tilt angle of the emblem in a straight line. The whole measurement process can be automated from picking up an emblem, measurement, and returning it to the original position, which makes the system suitable for production line.

We have accumulated professioal experience and skills in providing measurement service for more than 25 years, as well as developing advanced and high-performance measuring devices/systems.

  • Permittivity measurement
  • Electromagnetic absorption ratio measurement
  • The measurement method of the reflection ratio of electromagnetic absorbers, which KEYCOM developed, was accepted as a standard in The Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers. The detail was reported at the session of IEEE IMS2005. (Orlando, FL, USA March 29-30, KEYCOM; 30 march in 2005).

KEYCOM has been selected as a standardization committee member of the IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) / JIS for permittivity measuring devices, etc.

KEYCOM's unique technology becoming Global/Japan's Standard

  1. KEYCOM's method for measuring the dielectric characteristics in the millimeter wave band has become JIS standard (JIS R 1660-2).
  2. KEYCOM's method for measuring the amount of reflection attenuation of the radio wave absorber has become IEC standard (IEC62431) and JIS standard (JIS R 1679).
