Original, High-Performance, Practical Measurement System

TE-mode Open Resonator Relative permittivity/dielectric loss tangent measurement system [DPS19]

TE-mode Open Resonator Also called a Split Cylinder Resonator, the system performs measurement by inserting a sheet sample between the resonators.

The problem with conventional, so-called "Split Cylinder Resonator with slit structure" is that it does not give accurate measurement values.

To solve this problem, KEYCOM has prepared a Cavity vertical movement device (patent pending) that freely controls the resonator gap to facilitate sample insertion and measurement of AIR resonance Q-value.

LiDAR Test System --- Moving Target Type [LTS03]

LiDAR Test System Moving target type has been newly added to KEYCOM's LTS(LiDAR Test System) series.
This type enables more realistic testing by varying the relative distance (5m to 300m).
The system is very compact, so that it can be used on a desk in a room for smooth verification of LiDAR functions.

Automotive Bumper Evaluation System [BES01]

Automotive Bumper The system can measure transmission attenuation and beam tilt angle of large DUT, such as bumpers.
DUT can be moved in X-direction, Y-direction Z-direction, and rotation around Z-direction also is possible.
This allows measurement of transmission attenuation and beam tilt angle at any position.

KEYCOM has not only developed measurement devices and systems based on its advanced technologies for products in the 10μHz~300GHz (VHF/UHF/Microwave/Millimeter wave) field, but has also refined its measurement technologies for a wide variety of materials over 25 years of providing measurement services.

In addition to our original measurement equipment, we also own a 110 GHz vector network analyzer, a 110 GHz scalar network analyzer, an 80 GHz spectrum analyzer, a 70 GHz oscilloscope, and various other measurement equipment.

This allows us to cover almost all of the material measurement needs, including solids, sheets, films, powders, liquids, and multilayer structures.

KEYCOM has been selected as a standardization committee member of the IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) / JIS for permittivity measuring devices, etc.

KEYCOM's unique technology becoming Global/Japan's Standard

  1. KEYCOM's method for measuring the dielectric characteristics in the millimeter wave band has become JIS standard (JIS R 1660-2).
  2. KEYCOM's method for measuring the amount of reflection attenuation of the radio wave absorber has become IEC standard (IEC62431) and JIS standard (JIS R 1679).
