Characteristics
The supersonic wave DeLay line is used for the DeLay line.
1) Even the target of 100m can be measured because of the low super-loss. The standard is 10m.
2) The propagation delay line is constant even if different in frequency because a transmission mode is a single mode unlike the metal wave guide.
3) The change of the distance between 0°~40° is ±1m or less every 100m unlike the supersonic wave DeLay line etc.
4) Because electricity is not used, the influence of the voltage change is not received. It doesn't break down easily.
