Robot compensating conducting cables

KEYCOM depelops cables which are of high quality in a bending resisting characteristic by utilizing robot cable technologies.

These are Robot cables compensating rolling-flexible, bending, twisting and endure for a long life. It is costly to use thermocouples connected to measurement equipment , so a cable, the electromotive force of which is equivalent to the thermocouple can be used as an extension cable, This is called a compensating cable. The temperature of the jointing point between thermocouple and the compensating cable is limited within 20 degree - 200 degree (JIS : degree, ANSI: 200 degree).

KEYCOM compensating cables use Fluorine resin as the body material, which has a low cold-resisting temperature and a high heat-resisting temperature. And furthermore KEYCOM compensating cables do not use Glass fiber materials.
That leads to dust-free conditions that best suits for clean rooms and that pricking can
be eliminated at wiring by hands.
JIS standard is used for KEYCOM cables.
Consulting is welcome for 200 degree at the jointing point temperature.

bending radius of 30mm.
