The characteristics of S21 from RF port to RF&DC port are flat over a wide bandwidth.
This is the first product of wideband Bias Tee, to achieve 3000mA input current at the DC port.
It is possible to use the DC port to input pulse signals instead of DC, depending on the frequency.
Lead time is also shorter than before.

S-paramater Measurement Result

Measurement Condition

A Terminator is installed on Port 3, and BiasTee is placed in a 77K environment, and S-parameter data is extracted when the data is stable.
There is a slight difference in the data around 20 GHz depending on the measurement date, due to the state of Calibration, and the accuracy of the measurement data around 20 GHz varies.
